"I am writing to express my gratitude for the assistance of your electrician, at my residence on July 29. When my power went out, he arrived promptly, and was extremely courteous throughout his work. The outcome was not what I had hoped (at least, not immediately), and I admit, in my frustration, I got a little testy, but your techician's professionalism while I lost my temper, he never lost his manners. Though it was not a problem he could fix--it was a matter for the power company to rectify. Shortly after-I was impressed by the way in which your techician handled the situation. If all Michael and Son employees are like the techinican you sent, you must have many satisfied customers. I thanked him, and should I need electrical service in the future, I will call Michael and Son again."
